Convenient, flip mechanism lets you quickly and easily move the backup roll into dispensing position and load a second roll at the top. Fast and simple dual lock can be changed from an easy-match key-lock to a push button option using the slide button. Dispenser conforms to ADA guidelines when properly installed.
